My primary perspective is Internal Family Systems (IFS), seeing individuals as systems of various "parts," each with unique roles. We have different aspects shaped by our experiences and emotions. For example, “A part of me wants to go to the party, but another feels safer at home.” or “A part wants to forgive him, but another fears getting hurt again.”

These parts serve various roles—some protective, others vulnerable or holding unresolved pain. As a therapist, I help clients identify and connect with these parts compassionately. This journey starts by fostering safety and trust, enabling exploration of their internal landscape.

Accessing the Self involves engaging with one's parts through curiosity and compassion, fostering insights and transformation for internal integration. IFS targets root issues, helping clients form internal alliances that create balance, enabling them to feel more like themselves. This empowerment leads to resilience, improved emotional attunement, and enhanced empathy and connection with others.

My goal is to create a space for clients to explore their internal world, heal past wounds, and deepen self-understanding. We foster self-acceptance and compassion, providing tools for life's challenges.
